Abstract The circuit breaker is a device that cuts off and connects the load in power system, fault circuit, prevents accident from expanding, ensures safe operation. Detecting failures necessary to ensure systems’ safety. Before identification, must be identified positioned first. In this paper, identification technology based on SSD adopted, used identify mark voltage name quickly.
